Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that helps to work with our subconscious mind. Over the course of our lives, we go through various experiences. Our mind collects information about them and stores it in our “belief system”, or a database, which helps us to survive. Sometimes, this database stores information, which does not serve us well anymore. Instead of helping us to survive, it limits our life. For example, fear of flying, anger issues, annoying habits. Hypnotherapy helps us to update our belief system and get rid of the information that prevents us from achieving our goals or happy balanced life.
Standard price: £75 per a 55-minute session. We provide progressive discounts, as well as have a limited number of reduced-fee sessions if you experience financial difficulties or if you are retired or a full-time student. Come and talk to us, and we will see what we can do.
